With the increasingly fierce market economy competition at home and abroad, product quality and development capabilities have seriously hindered the development of jet mill classifying machinery enterprises. Product innovation and technological progress are slow. Insufficient investment in scientific research and insufficient R&D capabilities are outstanding manifestations of the inadequate R&D investment and R&D capabilities of most companies.

Participating in international market competition is not only a competition in speed and quantity, but also a competition in technological innovation, quality and efficiency. Although the backward equipment level, process technology and enterprise management level are important factors that affect the development of the equipment manufacturing industry of the plant, they are also related to the development ideas of the graded crushing enterprise for decades, which seriously hinder the enterprise from participating in domestic and foreign market competition.

One is the imperfect enterprise development mechanism. Although there are some technology development institutions in the manufacturing enterprises of jet mill classifier equipment, there are few development institutions with a certain level, and there is still a big gap compared with foreign countries;

Second, the actual investment of enterprises is only about 1%, while the actual investment of large enterprises in industrialized developed countries is more than 5%, and some even as high as 10%;

The third is the shortage of R&D technical personnel. The proportion of enterprise developers in my country is only about 1% of the employees, while in most developed countries, this proportion exceeds 10%;

Fourth, enterprises do not make full use of the society's scientific research and development capabilities, social development is out of touch with enterprise production, and the rate of commercialization of scientific research results is low.

It can be seen that the main problems in the product development of the jet mill classification machinery are investment in scientific research and innovation. Only by strengthening scientific research and development, improving the production level of rolling mills, and improving product quality, can we have the strength to compete in international competition and accelerate the development of enterprises.
