Operation rules of jet mill classifier :

1. Before starting, check whether there is oil in the lubricating part

2. Remove the metal, sand, stone and other debris from the material to prevent damage to the machine parts

3. Don't reach into the feed inlet with your hands, and don't open the cover during operation

4. The aperture of the sieve should be selected appropriately, and the damaged part should be riveted

5. It is forbidden to start with load. Feed the material evenly after the machine runs for one minute, and water properly when beating

6. Run idling for 2 minutes before shutting down to remove excess material in the machine

Adjustment and maintenance of jet mill classifier :

1. Main wearing parts: flat teeth, round teeth, large and small grinding teeth. The flat teeth and round teeth are made of stainless steel, with good dynamic balance, and should be replaced when they are severely worn. The size of the self-made metal processing parts should be specified, and the weight difference of each piece should not exceed 1g, so as to avoid vibration and damage to the bearing and machine

2. Screens with different specifications of 0.6-12mm. When replacing, the shiny side should face down.

3. The bearings should be filled with high-speed grease regularly, and check once every half a month. If severe wear is found, it should be replaced or repaired in time.

4. Collision is strictly forbidden, and the inside and outside should be cleaned for a long time and kept properly to prevent rust.
