1. Preparations before starting up: check the main engine, attached machines, pipes and valves to see if they are intact and working normally

2. Turn on

(1) Turn on the power of the compressor, the pressure valve of the dust collector and the main air valve in turn, and then turn on the power switch of the jet mill to turn on the power

(2) Start the grading wheel from scratch and gradually adjust to the specified speed

(3) Turn on the fan, the cyclone separator to discharge the material, the dust removal and discharge, the feeding motor power supply, and then turn on the total power supply of the feeding bin, set the frequency of the inverter, and then start feeding for crushing

(4) The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted by the frequency of the grading wheel and the amount of feed

3. Shut down

The stopping sequence is: frequency converter-feeder-main air valve-compressor-grading impeller motor-cyclone discharge and dust removal switch-fan-total power supply-air compressor

4. Maintenance of jet mill manufacturers

(1) The motor should be lubricated regularly, but the grease should not be too much to prevent the bearing temperature from being too high

(2) The wear of the grading impeller, screw feeder and crushing nozzle should be carefully checked, and the tightness of the transmission belt should be adjusted appropriately

(3) After crushing the material for a certain period of time, clean the powder attached to the inside of the machine to avoid clogging and affecting the crushing effect.

(4) After using for a period of time, the filter bag should be cleaned or replaced.

(1) When the unloader is in operation, please do not reach into the unloading outlet to avoid accidents.

(2) The speed of the impeller should not exceed the specified value, otherwise the temperature will be too high and damage the impeller and motor.

(3) Safety valves, etc. must be checked regularly to ensure safety.
