1. After unpacking, carefully check whether the equipment is damaged during transportation, then put the electrical control devices of the high-speed machine and auxiliary equipment in place, and then connect the main and auxiliary equipment pipelines. When assembling the flanges of each nozzle, the seal must be coated with "Iron Anchor 609" liquid sealant to ensure the sealing of the pipeline. At the same time, each stand-alone unit and the pipe flange are grounded to prevent dust explosion caused by static sparks.

2. Before trial operation of each single pneumatic grinder, check whether there are any metal objects in the machine and remove them if any. Whether the bolts are firm, the tightness of the belt, the reliability of the protective cover, etc.

3. Start all motors stably in the following order, close the air door and start, coal pulverizer, dust collector, grading device, screw feeder, open air door, and close the fan.

4. After 5 minutes of empty vehicle operation, the operator should carefully observe the various instruments on the control cabinet. After the no-load current is stable, the material can be put into operation. The current after feeding is not allowed to exceed the rated value 32.6a, otherwise the feeding amount should be reduced to ensure normal operation and the discharge motor can work normally.

5. The machine can be shut down in the following order. After the screw feeder runs for 5 minutes, it can stop the pulverizing host, dust collector, classifier, and gas shutoff device at the same time.

6. The stepless speed change handle of the classifier can change the rotation speed of the classifier wheel and also adjust the quality of the product. If fine particle size of the product is required, the speed can be increased; otherwise, the speed can be reduced to increase the particle size.
